Insegno italiano da quando avevo 21 anni.
Da tre anni organizzo viaggi a piedi e residenziali in Italia, per scoprire il territorio camminando, conversando e immergendosi nella cultura.

Il progetto si chiama Peripateo: una parola che significa camminare, ma anche parlare e vivere.
Perché imparare una lingua sul posto, incontrare le persone e lasciarsi attraversare da un luogo, non è solo conoscere una cultura: è trasformarsi.

I’ve been teaching Italian since I was 21.
For the past three years, I’ve been organizing walking and residential trips across Italy, discovering cities and regions by foot, slowly and deeply.

I call this project Peripateo — a word meaning to walk, but also to converse and to live.
Because learning a language by walking and talking with locals isn’t just about exploring a culture, it’s also about transforming ourselves. Slow, mindful conversation opens us to others — and to ourselves.

J’enseigne l’italien depuis l’âge de 21 ans.
Depuis trois ans, j’organise des voyages à pied et en résidence en Italie, pour découvrir villes et régions à un rythme lent et profond.

Je nomme ce projet Peripateo — un mot qui signifie marcher, mais aussi dialoguer et vivre. Parce qu’apprendre une langue en marchant et en parlant avec les locaux, ce n’est pas seulement découvrir une culture,c’est aussi se transformer.

La conversation lente et attentive nous ouvre aux autres — et à nous-mêmes.
